Leftover “Club” Sandwich

Toast lightly 3 slices of multi-grain rye bread.

Slather slices with a combination of 2 or 3 sauces/spreads – butter, hummus, mayo, ketchup, Diana sauce, Sriracha, etc.

Layer with leftovers – shredded meat, cold cuts, tomatoes, boiled eggs, lettuce, and anything else you like in your sandwich.
