Chicken Kebabs/Burgers – 2

Marinate chicken mince with – freshly grated ginger and garlic, lots of chopped fresh mint and coriander, chopped Thai chillies (for a spicy kick), a tsp of garam masala and breadcrumbs. Shape into patties and let sit for a bit (preferably refrigerate overnight).

Grill on barbecue or cook on the stove, with very little oil – each side about 7 mins.20170625_175011_HDR (1)
