Marinate tofu with Soya, Worcestershire sauce and Mirin for a few hours. In a large wok, heat oil, add freshly grated ginger and garlic, stir, add sliced mushrooms, stir well, add baby corn, mix well. Then add marinated tofu, stir gently till cooked (5 – 10 mins). Add veg broth or water, mix and let it heat through thoroughly. Add corn starch dissolved in cold water and mix well. Adjust seasonings and garnish with green onions.
