Add cumin seeds to heated oil. Then add peeled cubed potatoes. Stir for a minute. Add turmeric powder, coriander powder, chilli powder (use paprika instead if spice is not your thing), fennel seeds, salt and stir well. Add chopped okra (I use 1 frozen pack), chopped green chillies and mix well. Cover, and let sit on low-medium heat for about 10 minutes (check and stir every now and then to prevent the bottom from burning).
