Chicken Kebabs/Burgers – 1

Marinate (about 1 hour on the counter or overnight in the fridge) chicken mince with: finely chopped onions, ginger, garlic, coriander, green chillies (optional), breadcrumbs, and grated cheese (optional).

Shape into patties and grill on barbeque, or fry on non-stick with a little oil (about 5 mins each side).
