Chocolate Bark

Melt 1 cup of milk or dark chocolate and spread evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Let cool in fridge until set (couple hours).

How to melt chocolate video here (hack – I use moulding wafers from Bulk Barn).

Melt a cup of white chocolate and pour gently over dark chocolate, and spread evenly.

Sprinkle toppings of choice over white layer and let cool until set (fridge – for a couple hours).

Break into bits when ready.
