Beef Stir-Fry with Fries

Marinate meat (I buy the stir-fry cut beef from Farmboy) with freshly grated ginger, garlic, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce for a couple of hours (or a couple of days in fridge).

Bring oil to high heat in a wok, add beef and toss for a few minutes until cooked. Separately prep fries in a toaster oven (I use 1/2 a bag of McCain’s frozen fries when I am rushed for time). Add fries to cooked beef and mix well.
