Beef Stir-Fry with Broccoli

Marinate meat (for this I used Farmboy Chinese Fondue cut beef) with freshly grated ginger, garlic, 1 tbspn Soy sauce, 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce for a couple of hours or couple of days in the fridge.

Heat oil in a large wok. Add marinated beef, and toss gently till cooked (few minutes). Top with chopped broccoli, reduce heat to minimum, and cover pan for 5-10 mins (so that broccoli gets cooked).
