Garlicky Asparagus

Rinse asparagus, pat dry, and chop off any hardened portions at the base. Put into a wide pan, add a little water (about 1/2″ high – asparagus should not be submerged), turn heat to medium and let cook. When done, no water should remain (drain if that’s not the case), add 2 tsp freshly grated garlic and salt. Toss to mix flavours and serve.20160310_184121
