Heat oil in a pan, brown 1 thinly sliced onion, then add a few curry leaves. Stir well, then add chicken liver. Stir gently till half cooked. Add 1 tbspn freshly grated ginger and garlic, a little turmeric, 1/2 tsp hot chilli powder, 1 tsp fennel seeds, 3 – 4 chopped Thai chillies, and salt. Stir and cook till done. Then add 1 tbspn fresh lemon juice and garnish with fresh coriander.
